These terms cover your use of RayQuote, a tool that lets home service businesses receive photos from their customers and prepare price quotes with the help of AI. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You need to be 18 or older and running a real business to sign up. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@rayquote.com if you think someone else has access.

Free trial, billing and cancelling

Paid plans (Solo $49/month, Pro $99/month, Crew $199/month) start with a 14-day free trial. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. After the trial your card is charged monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from "Billing & invoices" in your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Plan changes are prorated. We don't give refunds for partial months unless the law requires it. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

Quotes are your responsibility

RayQuote's AI estimates sizes and quantities from photos and applies the prices you set. Estimates can be wrong: photos can hide things, and the AI can misjudge. Every quote is a draft until you review and approve it, and you are responsible for the prices you send and the work you agree to do. RayQuote is not a contractor, does not perform any work, and is not a party to any agreement between you and your customers.

Your customers and their information

You decide who you contact and what you send. Only text or email customers who asked you for a quote, and follow the laws that apply to you (including licensing, consumer protection, and texting and email rules). Customer photos and details belong to you and your customers; we use them only to run the service for you.

Acceptable use

Don't use RayQuote for anything illegal, to send spam, to upload content you don't have the right to share, or to try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We can suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep RayQuote running, but it's provided "as is" without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RayQuote is not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or don't pay. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
